I needed a key copied and called Baltimore Locksmith for help. They informed me that since they are a Mobile service, they were unable to help me with this but were super helpful in helping me locate another locksmith! They kept me on the phone while I tried others and stayed on the phone until I secured another locksmith. Incredible!! 5 stars just for being an outstanding community member

  We just moved in our new home and wanted our locks changed. The technician was actually early but unfortunately we couldn't accomodate the early rime. He assessed our doors and recommended rekeying the locks as opposed to changing the locks, which was what I should've requested. He started and finished in 20min no lie. He was courteous, quick, knowledgeable. I'd recommend them for rekeying your new home!

  Larry is efficient and knows what he's doing.  On top of that he's timely and courteous.  I would definitely call him if needed again and refer him to others.

  They came to my home and helped me get a second key fob programmed for my CR-V. Appointment took less than 45 mins to program and cut key. Highly recommended!!

  I just bought a house and wanted the locks changed to where a single key would work for all locks (including my cipher lock). Late Saturday night I reached out to different locksmiths on Yelp and Baltimore Locksmith responded quickly were able to accommodate me and come Monday. The electrician came and took a look at my locks and recommended changing the locks vs. rekeying, gave a quote, and started work. It wasn't cheap, but the fact they were able to come on my day off with a day's notice and completed the job within 20 minutes makes it worth it. The day before I installed my door handle incorrectly and the electrician fixed it for free. Overall very happy!

  Sent a request about getting a trunk open. Got a call promptly after the request. Locksmith called at 340 and said he would be there in 20 minutes. 450 and I still haven't heard from him.

He did eventually show up. Tried the lock for about 5 minutes and said he had to break it. When I refused he tried again and got it open...

Punctuality is so important and there was a lack of this today. Very disappointed in my service and quality of care.

Plus my entire house smells like his collagen and now I have a massive migraine. Just very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

  Daniel responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and was willing to give me a call ASAP. Once we spoke, we had scheduled for someone to come out the very next day (a Sunday). Everything took about 20 minutes. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but the customer service was great.

  This is why I value Yelp so highly. Needed the locks changed in a rental apartment that I own. However, wasn't sure which locksmith to use so I went with the recommendation of my fellow Yelpers and I am so pleased. Got a next day appointment and was greeted by Itamar Greddy. Courteous, affable and takes obvious professional pride in his work. I must disclose that he was not cheap. I had four locks changed for $483. However, he worked with such skill and precision that I came away duly impressed. One door opens out onto the roof of the brownstone and has been a problem for years. Even when my honest handyman who does commendable work replaced it, the bolt wasn't secure in the door frame. Itamar attended to it with deliberate care and even greased the squeaky hinges. Very happy to know that my new tenant is moving into a well fortified place.
